The Team at Product Shop International have been involved in the importation, distribution, sales and marketing of LCD colour displays, televisions and other electronic equipment for many years and are now expanding their range to cover other sectors. We can therefore now offer a range of quality display products to many diverse, but distinct market sectors.

Having worked with major high street multiples and blue chip companies, Product Shop International are investing heavily in people and market research to ensure that we bring to you exactly what you need - at an affordable and competitive price. We also bring to you assurance not only in the product propositioning we offer but also assurance in product quality with all products supported not only by the manufacturer, but also by our own internal expertise.
We can also assure you of quality in all spares, service, distribution and customer liaison. In fact, a total service which you can rely on.

Delivery
UK dispatches.
We aim to dispatch all products within 3 days, usually next day is the norm. For UK parcel deliveries we use City Link Next Day and for the smaller items Royal Mail recorded delivery. All deliveries have to be signed for.


Overseas dispatches.
We use Royal Mail Air parcel post for small items Please allow 7-10 days for receipt. For heavy or large items we use Air freight or Road freight please ask for details on charges before placing your order. Just contact us with the address and order information and we will prepare a quote. We can advise you by e-mail when it has been sent out if required.


Shortages & damaged items.
All shortages or products received damaged must be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of receipt. See "Contact Us" page for details. Please quote our full reference number and the exact problem. It is essential to keep all packaging for inspection as it may be required by the carrier.


Non Delivery. For UK deliveries if you have not received your products at least 2 days after receiving your invoice please contact us to advise. For overseas deliveries please leave 7 days.

Policies
Our Sales Policy at Product shop International, is to supply 1st Class products with a 1st Class Service with minimum effort on your part.
Supplies at its best!

Our Guarantee All products purchased at Product shop International are fully guaranteed against a  manufacturing failure. This does not mean if you or your customer blows the unit up, we will repair it free under warranty. (see the product sheet for length of guarantee, if not stated it is return to base, 1 year parts & labour). The guarantee starts from the date of dispatch of the product. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase, as without it, a free of charge warranty repair or exchange can not be carried out. All units with the serial number removed will be treated as NON warranty.

Our Price Policy All prices are subject to alteration without prior notification. If the price has changed we will advise you in advance of shipping. All prices that we quote are VAT EXCLUSIVE (except Citizen accessories where VAT is included) and where applicable UK VAT will be added to all orders.
Supply to  NON EEC or any business with a European VAT number will be VAT free. Others will be charged the applicable UK VAT rate. Delivery charges are extra except if the order is over £250.
All non UK orders are quoted on an x-works basis.

Product Availability We spend a lot of time and effort to ensure the products featured are in stock or if direct delivery the manufacturer has stock. However sometimes it goes wrong mainly due to a product being very popular and in these cases we may occasionally go out of stock. When we are aware of this we will advise you as soon as practically possible when the product will be available.

Product descriptions, specifications and pictures The information included on our site has been supplied by the manufacturer or their agent. We do check all we can but No claim to accuracy of these statements and No liability is accepted by Product Shop International Ltd for any claims arising. We do on occasion use similar images when the correct one is not available E&OE.

Our Returns Policy In all honesty we find that very little actually goes wrong with our carefully selected high quality products. We find that when a customer has purchased an item which is new to them, they unfortunately do not bother to read the instructions and try to operate it themselves thinking they know best. (with men it’s some macho thing not to read the book). They then get frustrated because it does not work and blame the equipment, on some occasions the item has been damaged in the process of experimentation. 98% of the time the equipment is working perfectly. We all do it at some time or other. So please read the instructions first. If you do believe it’s not working properly please telephone us (see "Contact us" in the above menu) or send an e-mail to info@productshop.co.uk with FULL details and our technical team will advise. We reserve the right to charge for units sent back and found to be fault free. We do not accept any products back, unless they are faulty, except if agreed previously in writing.

Do not send it back to us as without a returns authorization number (RMA) on the outside of the parcel as it will be refused. Also at the time we issue the number we will tell you the address to return it to.
